    I have a bit of a whirlwind romance with San Luis Potosí, I must admit. The first time I went there was in December 2017. I remember being so excited about it at the time.     Monterrey and San Luis Potosí in week two (LATAM 2019)

    For me, visiting Monterrey always feels a little bit like coming home. I have so many memories here with people that I love and care about. Every time I visit, new memories, bonds and ideas are generated. I think a large part of that has to do with the circumstances under which I first arrived here. Yet, another is the reason for which I keep coming back each year. To see and grow the love for my tribe on this side of the world. Growing up I often felt lonely. In Monterrey I rarely have.     Thoughts on leaving friends behind when moving

    My move to Barcelona is coming up shortly – only 3 weeks to go! As I empty my cupboards, and pack my boxes, it occurs to me just how fortunate I am. I’m moving to Barcelona!  I have the opportunity to completely reboot my life again. To re-shape myself and my surroundings. To go explore what new experiences might be out there for the future. It’s a pretty exhilarating feeling at times. I’ve started to notice a shift in my natural energy levels too. I do feel tired a lot, which I think is a side-effect of moving stress combined with a lack of exercise for the last month. I…
